Free edition. Core modules — leads, accounts, contacts, feeds, documents, and mobile apps — for up to ten users, at no cost. A solid way to get started before upgrading as the business grows.
Standard edition. Adds sales forecasting, reports and dashboards, a document library, roles and profiles, mass email, call centre connectors, and storage for up to 100,000 records.
Professional edition. Adds email integration, social features, Google Ads integration, workflow automation, inventory management, macros, and unlimited record storage.
Enterprise edition. Adds territory management, custom applications, custom buttons, approval processes, page layouts, custom modules, and multi-currency support.
Ultimate edition. Adds a sandbox, a dedicated database cluster, priority support, advanced customisation, advanced CRM analytics, and extra storage — built for larger organisations.
CRM Plus. Bundles the Enterprise edition with Zoho Campaigns, Desk, SalesIQ, Social, Projects, Surveys, and Reports, so marketing, sales, and client servicing run from one place instead of several disconnected tools — usually at a lower combined cost than buying each piece separately.
