A standard business website takes 1–2 weeks. A Zoho implementation or a custom software build usually runs 3–8 weeks depending on how many workflows and integrations are involved. You get a specific timeline after the discovery call, not before.

Yes. Most of our client communication happens over WhatsApp and email regardless of location, and payments can be arranged in KES or USD depending on where you're based.

Pricing & payment

Website packages are fixed-price and listed on the pricing page. Zoho implementations, custom software and automation work are scoped individually after discovery, since the effort depends on how many workflows and integrations are involved.

Most projects run on a 50/50 structure: half to begin, half on delivery. Larger builds may be split into milestone payments instead.

Yes. A lot of our work is cleaning up an existing Zoho setup, fixing broken automations, or extending CRM/Books with the modules you're missing, rather than starting from zero.

You do. Every contract includes an account-ownership clause — domains, hosting, CMS and any third-party service are registered under your business, with credentials handed over through a password manager at delivery.

Yes, on a retainer or as-needed basis. Website packages include an initial support window; automation and CRM builds typically move to a monthly support arrangement once live.
